Programme Purpose

The purpose of this programme is:

  • To develop management skills required in the manufacturing, retail sector, service industry and financial institutions.
  • To equip with the knowledge, business skills and competencies necessary to function in the private and public sector as first-line and middle-level managers.
  • To impart specialized knowledge and skills in various business functions such as marketing, HR, finance, production, management, strategic planning, employee relations management, etc.
  • To develop interest and the drive to become successful entrepreneurs and contribute to the economy by job creation.

Decision making skills to uphold values that are ethically and morally acceptable in the workplace that ensures a sense of accountability for one’s own actions and decisions as well as for the actions of others within a cooperative and collaborative context.

The understanding of management of business operations which has implications for in executing the strategic plan of the organization.
