PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
At this point you should have received an email with the subject “Your HCHE Registration has started!”
If you have not activated your Student Manager (SMP) account yet, please check the Registration has started email for the Activation Link
Sign in to Student Manager (SMP)
Select the Registrations menu in the Student Manager (SMP).
Click on Register for modules to review your modules and costs.
Pay, and then upload your proof of payment.
All South African students, if you take 5 modules or more, please pay the minimum fee of R15 000 in order to be registered. If you are staying at the Dormitory, then please pay at least R20 500 for your tuition and boarding.
If you take 4 or fewer modules, then please pay the R1300 registration fee and an initial 50% (half the cost) of the modules & boarding fees is required at registration.
First-year non-SA students must pay 100% of their tuition & boarding fees. Non-SA students in their second year or higher, can pay 50% during registration.
The Finance Office will check your proof of payment.

You are done!
Once you submit your proof of payment and any other forms, you must now wait for final approval. This can take up to 24 hours (working days).
Only once your registration is finalised, will you receive an email with the subject “You have been Registered at HCHE!”
• After your registration is complete, you will receive your HCHE email account and access to Microsoft Office 365. This information will follow within 48 hours.
• First Semester classes start on 7 February 2022. Your lecturers will contact you when classes start on your HCHE email address. They will not contact you on your personal your personal email.
